Terms of service

The agreement between you and Seebly. Last updated 31 October 2026.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Seebly you agree to these terms. If we change them in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.

Acceptable use

Plans, billing and limits

Refunds

The Free plan lets you try Seebly properly before paying, so payments aren't refundable. You can cancel any time, which stops all future charges, and you keep what you've paid for until the end of the period.

Cancelling and closing your account

Cancel any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. If you close your account, we delete its data within 30 days.

Changes to the service and prices

We may improve, change or retire features. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it takes effect at your next renewal.

Ownership

Your data and your sites' analytics belong to you. The Seebly name, logo, mascot, software and website belong to us.

Privacy

How we handle data is set out in our privacy policy and data policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.

The service

We work hard to keep Seebly accurate, secure and available, but it's provided "as is": we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support is by email at hello@seebly.io.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data from your own systems. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
