Privacy policy
How Seebly handles information about you, the account holder. For what Seebly collects about the visitors to your sites, see the data policy. Last updated 31 October 2026.
What we collect about you
- Your name, email address and profile picture from the sign-in method you choose (Google, Microsoft, Apple or an email link).
- Your workspaces, sites, teammates and settings.
- If you connect Google Search Console or Bing, read-only access to those sites' search data, which you can disconnect any time.
- Questions you ask in the Ask chat, so we can answer them and keep your usage within your plan.
- Billing details are collected and held by Paddle; we only see your plan, invoices and the last digits of your card.
How we use it
To run your account, send the emails you'd expect (sign-in links, invites, recaps you've switched on, important service notices), answer support requests, and keep the service secure. We don't send marketing without your consent, and you can unsubscribe from any optional email.
What we never do
Sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your sites' analytics for anything except showing them to you.
Who we share it with
Only the sub-processors that run the service, and only what each one needs.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you close it, we delete your account and analytics data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
Your rights
You can see, export, correct or delete your data at any time, or ask us to: hello@seebly.io. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
